Return Policy


Online Purchases

We want you to be very happy with your order.

Please notify us if you are unsatisfied with your order within 14 days of receipt of your order.

We cannot offer a return or refund on cut yardage goods, custom merchandise, or personal bath and body items. Used items cannot be returned.

Returnable merchandise must be in original packaging, with tags and be in the same condition as when it was received. Returns must be accompanied with the receipt. A restocking fee may apply. Returns will be addressed within 2-5 working days. Postage charges will be applied for any exchanges – refunds, these will be charged at the standard rate.

Faulty or damaged goods

If the merchandise you receive is faulty or damaged we will exchange the item or offer a refund. Please contact our customer service at uscustomerservice@shelleyantecol.com Please note that it may be necessary to provide photographic evidence of the damaged goods.
